We are a self check-in hotel, which means that guests check themselves in using their phones or laptops. An email with a link for the online check-in will be sent to you at 3pm on the day of your arrival, it is essential that you fill out the online check-in form and click on “check-in” BEFORE midnight on the day of your arrival. Once you have done the online check-in your QR access codes for your bed room will get available at 3 PM (check-in time) you can use the code to access the room at whatever time suits you best from 3 PM on.
Should you arrive early you are welcome to already use all common areas (kitchen, common room and toilets) and store your luggage in our storage room until your room is ready to move in.

To access the luggage storage please use the QR code for the common areas which was sent to you by e-mail upon your arrival.
On your day of arrival as well as on your departure day, you are welcome to store your bags in our storage room for free. Please note that all bags need to be re-claimed by latest 11 pm. Hotel-unrelated storage options are available at the Westbahnhof and the central train station (HBF).

Should you arrive with an assistance dog we kindly ask you to let us know in advance so we are able to pre-reserve the most suitable room for you.
Our hotel has ist own in-house restaurant which is located on the ground level. We offer a large luxury buffet breakfast daily from 7:30-10:30 am for 12,80€ per person. At lunch a daily changing a la carte menu is available and a smaller limited menu is still offered in the evenings until about 8 pm. Coffee, cakes and drinks can of course also be ordered throughout the day.
Our hotel offers a spacious and comfortable in-house restaurant and lounge. Here you are able to relax while enyoing a coffee or cool drink from the bar and maybe even be tempted to try our delicious lunch menu. You are also welcome to hang out on the sun deck or the self-service cafeteria on the upper levels.
